Section B

I have been working on bits and pieces of everything this week so I don't really feel like there is much to show. I have been working on this section which is still a work in progress. Note the bare residences. My floor plans are almost finalized and I should be posting those tomorrow. Elevations are also all in progress as I have been translating those from the 3-d model.

This section reads well. I hate to start giving you more work to do but it would be more effective with some notations. With that said, this is a very good start!
I thought my plans had calmed down a bit and then I revisited the code analysis and mechanical work. Both had an impact on my plan. The code analysis required an additional wall for a rating and the mechanical work reminded me about the required chases. I added one chase for the heat pump loop piping and another for electrical loads, cabling, etc.
Keep it up!

Your south screen wall is coming alive – your labels help me understand. The penetrations and mesh make it friendlier for the neighborhood and allow you to adjust to suit occupancy. You can also have “chaos” behind but with the wall, it will be more street front/urbane. What are the projections? Signage?
WATER: don’t forget the roof as a major source – how does it get down? Can we see it do so? How does it enter the waterway(s)?
